Learned Senior Counsel Mr. M K Bhardwaj has produced a

communication dated 01.04.2023 showing availability of two posts of Junior

Assistants /Typists in the promotion quota, to which Mr. Amit Gupta, AAG to

verify whether any such posts are available in the promotion quota and also he

has to verify whether there is any candidate eligible to the posts of Junior

Assistants/Typists under promotion quota over and above the private

respondents who are figuring at Serial No.13 and 25 in the seniority list.

The said communication is taken on record.

Till Mr. Amit Gupta, AAG discloses the information as sought above

by this court, Mr. Pranav Kohli, learned Senior Counsel submits at the Bar that

he will not press for implementation of the judgment.
