1. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue which has been projected in the instant petition is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court in case titled "Ab. Hamid Bhat & Ors vs Union Territory of J&K and Others" bearing "WP(C) No. 924/2023", which has been upheld by the Division Bench of this Court while deciding Letters Patent Appeal being LPA No. 251/2023 titled "Abdul Hamid Bhat & Ors vs Union Territory of J&K and Others". He prays that the instant petition be disposed of in the light of what has been held in case titled "Ab. Hamid Bhat & Ors vs Union Territory of J&K and Others"

bearing "WP(C) No. 924/2023", which has been upheld by Division Bench of this Court, to which learned counsel for the respondents has no objection.

2. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is taken up for final disposal at this stage and the same is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the respondents to accord consideration to the case of the petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in the light of the decision rendered in case titled "Ab. Hamid Bhat & Ors vs Union Territory of J&K and Others" bearing "WP(C) No. 924/2023", which has been upheld by the Division Bench of this Court while deciding Letters Patent Appeal being LPA No. 251/2023 titled "Abdul Hamid Bhat & Ors vs Union Territory of J&K and Others."

3. Disposed of along with connected CM(s).
