wherein it has been stated that the judgment of this Court, on the basis of which, the
writ court has passed the order sought to be implemented, has been stayed by the
Supreme Court vide order dated 31.01.2019 passed in SLP(C) Nos. 2952, 2953,
2955/2019, as such, the claim of the petitioners cannot be considered at this stage.
Learned counsel for the petitioners shall go through the compliance report and
address this Court on the issue on the next date of hearing.
