(ORDER) 24.05.2023 In terms of order dated 24.05.2023, learned counsel appearing

for the petitioner was directed to assist this Court with regard to

maintainability of the instant petition in light of the judgment passed

by the Division Bench of this Court in case titled "Ruksana Jabeen

Vs. State of J&K and Ors."

Today, when the case called out, nobody appeared on behalf of

the petitioner to assist the Court. It seems that the petitioner has lost

interest in the prosecution the case. Dismissed for non-prosecution.

Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
