                                     ORDER

This is a petition for initiating contempt proceedings against the

respondents for willful disobedience and non-compliance of judgment dated

09.11.2016 passed in SWP No.1202/2013. Notice in this contempt petition was

issued on 29.01.2018 and the petitioner was supposed to take requisite steps for

service of the respondents. More than four years have passed. The petitioner has

not taken requisite steps for service of the respondents. It appears that the

petitioner is no more interested to pursue this contempt petition or the judgment

passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondents and, therefore,

the petitioner has decided not to pursue this contempt petition.

Be that as it may, since there has been no representation on behalf of

the petitioner for the last couple of hearings, the proceedings in this contempt

petition are closed.
