Both the learned counsels submit that in view of the judgment of the

Apex Court in Action Ispat and Power Pvt. Ltd. V. Shyam Metalics and

Energy Ltd. Reported in 2021 AIR (SC) 309, this matter is required to be

transferred to NCLT, Chandigarh Bench, as such, this petition is transferred to

NCLT, Chandigarh.

Registry is directed to transmit the original record of the present

petition to NCLT, Chandigarh after retaining scanned record of the same.
