                                   ORDER

This Court had reserved the present writ petition for judgment.

However, this Court deemed it necessary to get the response with regard to

certain queries. Before this Court could raise any query, learned counsel for the

petitioner submitted that he has laid a motion for recalling of order dated

17.12.2014 passed in SWP No. 772/2014.

Registry is directed to list this petition along with CM No. 7916 of

2021 on 29.10.2021.
