appearing for the appellant-State, Sh. B. L. Chatta, learned counsel appearing

respondent No. 4. Respondent No. 2 stands deleted.

Upon hearing and perusal of the impugned judgment and order,

we find that certain arguable issues do arise for consideration on the basis of

evidence on record. Accordingly, we grant leave to the appellant to file the

appeal.
