                                       ORDER

01. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in the

instant petition is squarely covered by the order dated 02.11.2021 passed by a

Division Bench of this Court in OWP No. 591/2016. He seeks disposal of this

petition in terms of the said order. The relevant portion of the direction of the

Division Bench is as under:-

"In that view of the matter, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the instant writ petition with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Ramban to constitute a team for assessing the damage, if any, caused on account of the construction activity undertaken for purposes of construction of the road from Chennani to Nashri Tunnel. Thereafter, a copy of the report be furnished to the petitioner and in case of any damage, the assessed amount be paid. The petitioner shall also participate in the said exercise. Let the needful be done within a period of two months from a date a copy of this order along with complete set of paper book is made available to the respondents."

02. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners,

this writ petition is disposed of on the same lines and directions as have been

issued in order dated 02.11.2021 by the Division Bench in OWP No. 591/2016,

provided the judgment cited is applicable in the present case. Let the respondents

to do the needful within a period of two months from the date a copy of this

order along with complete set of paper book is made available to the respondents

of course under rule.
