Education, Jammu Through: Mr. Ravinder Gupta, AAG.
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR, JUDGE (ORDER) 21.05.2021 The judgment passed by this Court on 12 th of March, 2018, is yet to be complied with. The respondents have taken almost three years to file compliance report.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that because of change of incumbents and the onslaught of COVID-19 pandemic, the requisite steps for compliance of the judgment could not be taken.
This is only an eye wash. The judgment could have been implemented in the year 2018 itself.
Be that as it may, on the request of Mr. Ravinder Gupta, AAG, four weeks last and final opportunity is granted to comply with the judgment, failing which Commissioner/Secretary to Government School Education, J&K, and Director School Education, Jammu, shall appear in person on the next date.
List again on 15th of July, 2021.
