(ORDER) 30.07.2021 Statement of facts filed by the Respondents reveals that the

Respondents are in the process of implementation of the Judgment of the Writ

Court, but the delay is only on account of non-furnishing of further details on

part of the Petitioner. The Respondents have requisitioned the documents in

terms of letter dated 12th of January, 2021 from the Petitioner company.

Mr Naik, the learned Senior Counsel, submitted that all the

relevant documents qua the claim of the Petitioner for release of the payment

stand already submitted to the concerned authority, a copy whereof is handed

over to Mr Chashoo, the learned counsel for the Respondents in the open

Court.

The modus operandi adopted by the parties will consume the

time of the Court as the parties are at variance on the status of the conditions

of the Judgment of the Writ Court, therefore, it is thought proper and in the

interests of justice to ask the Director, Tourism, Kashmir/ Respondent No.2

to associate the Petitioner in the process of resolving the matter pursuant to

the directions of the Court for release of payment.

Mr Chashoo shall ensure that the date, time and venue is

scheduled and notified to the Petitioner well in advance for ensuring

interaction/ settlement within one month.

List on 2nd of September, 2021.

Registry to provide a copy of this Order to the learned counsel

for the parties.
