The instant Letters Patent Appeal is directed against the final

order/judgment passed by the learned Single Judge on 28.05.2019 in SWP

No. 1164/2002 in terms whereof the writ petition of the appellant stands

dismissed.

The appellant has presented this appeal before the Registry on

02.08.2019, though within time but due to the non-compliance of the

requirements in tune with rules, the appeal was put in defects and as reported

by the Registry, the defects have been removed on 15.01.2021 that is how

this appeal is listed now.
