The applicant seeks exemption from filing the certified copy of the

award/judgment dated 05.09.2020 passed by the learned Presiding Officer,

Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Rajouri.

For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed.

Applicant/appellant is exempted from filing of the certified copy of the

award/judgment dated 05.09.2020.

Application is, accordingly, disposed of.

Mac App No. 13/2021 Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within four weeks. Requisites

for the same within one week.

List alongwith Mac App No. 12/2021.

CM No. 952/2021 Operation of impugned award dated 05.09.2020 passed by the

learned Presiding Officer, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Rajouri shall

stay provided the entire awarded amount alongwith interest be deposited

in this Court within a period of six weeks. In case, awarded amount is

deposited, the same shall be kept in the fixed deposit initially for a period

of six months.

Application is, accordingly, disposed of.
