Learned counsel for the petitioner states that an amount of Rs. 1.00

lac ordered to be paid by virtue of judgment and order dated 29.09.2020 has not

be paid and that an LPA has been preferred against the said judgment, in which

notice has been issued.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that the present

proceedings are yet alive only for ensuring payment of Rs. 1.00 lac amount.

The matter be kept pending till the final conclusion of the LPA

proceedings.
