                                                    ORDER

01. Learned Single Judge vide judgment and order dated 04.10.1994 decided

OWP No. 426/1992.

02. A miscellaneous application has been filed for recalling/reviewing the

aforesaid judgment and order. It is reported to be beyond time by 5657 days.

03. Accordingly, a delay condonation application No. 22/2008 and then an

amended application to the same effect was filed on behalf of the applicant to

which objections have also been received.

04. No one has turned up to press the delay condonation application. We

have gone through the averments made in the same and find no good reason for

condoning the delay in filing the miscellaneous application.

05. Accordingly, delay condonation application No. 22/2008 is rejected and

the miscellaneous application for recalling of the judgement and order dated

04.10.1994 is dismissed as barred by limitation.
