Statement of facts has been filed by the respondent, wherein it is

stated that in compliance to the judgment, the respondent has issued a

notification of election on 18.10.2014, which is published in the daily

newspaper, namely, Daily Excelsior in its issue dated 22.10.2014. Copy of the

said notification is also enclosed as Annexure-R1 with the statement of facts.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains in the present contempt

proceedings for adjudication, therefore, the same are closed.
