Reply stands filed on behalf of Board of Professional Entrance Examination (BOPEE).

Health and Medical Education Department has not filed the reply.

Mr. Shah Aamir, AAG submits that similar two writ petitions, i) WP (C) no. 306/2021 titled B.R School of Nursing and ors v. UT of J&K and ors and ii) WP (C) no. 371/2021 titled Florence Nightingale School of Nursing Kathua vs. UT of J&K and ors have been decided by the Jammu Wing of High Court on 29.03.2021, in which the respondent No.1, Government of J&K, has been directed to consider the grievance of the petitioners, as projected in the petitions within a period of two weeks.

Mr. Shah Aamir, AAG to furnish copy of these judgments to Mr. M.S Latief, Sr. counsel during the course of the day.

Mr. Shah Aamir further submits that a similar matter has been filed by the petitioners before this wing of the High Court which may be listed along.

List on 27th April 2021 along with WP (C) no. 120/2021 in daily supplementary. Meanwhile, reply by Health and Medical Education Department, if any.
