Since common question of facts and law are involved in all
the above captioned cases, this Court after having clubbed the same,
heard them together and are now being disposed of vide common
judgment.

2. By way of instant petition, petitioners have prayed for
reliefs, which are similar in nature, as such, relief prayed for in CWP
No.8881 of 2023, is reproduced herein below:
"i) That the Petitioner may kindly be held entitled for grant of two
of additional increments on completion of 20 years of regular service on
the same post of Conductor, with all consequential benefits.
ii) That the impugned instructions dated 27.1.2023 at Annexure P-6 rt may kindly be quashed and set aside and the Petitioner may kindly be
held entitled to earn two additional increments on account of his
having rendered 20 years of service on the same post of Conductor."
3. Though by way of filing reply, claim, as put forth by the
petitioners, has been refuted by the respondents, but before petitions
at hand could be heard and decided on their merits, learned counsel
representing the petitioners, while inviting attention of this Court to
judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court in CWP No.202 of
2024 titled Devinder Singh Vs. HRTC & Anr., state that issue raised
in the instant proceedings already stands adjudicated in afore case
and as such, petitioners would be content and satisfied in case
directions are issued to the respondents to consider and decide their
cases in light of aforesaid judgment in a time bound manner.
4. While putting in appearance on behalf of respondents, Mr.
Rahul Gathania and Mr. Raman Jamalta, learned counsel representing
.
the respective respondents, state that they are not averse to aforesaid
innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioners.
5. Consequently, in view of the above, this Court, without
going into the merits of the case, deems it fit to dispose of the present
of petitions with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide
the cases of the petitioners in light of Devinder Singh (supra), rt expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from today.
Ordered accordingly. Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing
the needful in terms of instant order, shall afford an opportunity of
hearing to the petitioners and pass speaking order thereafter.
Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
