2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that w.r.t.

the grievances being raised in the present petition, a

representation dated 12.08.2024 stands made to the concerned

authorities. The same is appended with the present petition as

Annexure P-6.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents/Corporation

submits that the representation dated 12.08.2024 made by the

petitioner, shall be decided within a period of four weeks from

today. 1

4. If, on consideration of the representation, it is found

that the petitioners are entitled to monetary emoluments, then

the same be paid to the petitioners on or before 30.12.2024.

5. In view thereof, present petition is disposed of, so also

the pending application(s), if any.
