Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

petitioner submits that with respect to the grievances being raised

in the present petition, same are squarely covered by the

judgment delivered by this Court in CWPOA No. 1745 of 2020

titled as Chaman Lal and others vs. State of H.P. and others,

decided on 28.09.2023.

3. Other than the aforesaid, learned counsel for the
