Notice. Mr. B.N. Sharma, learned Additional

Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on

behalf of the respondents.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

petitioner submits that with respect to the grievances being raised

in the present petition, same are squarely covered by the

judgment delivered by this Court in CWP No. 2004 of 2017 titled

as Taj Mohammad and others vs. The State of H.P. and

others alongwith connected matter, decided on 03.08.2023.

3. Other than the aforesaid, learned counsel for the

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits
