Present petition has been filed for execution of

judgment dated 29.05.2023, passed in CWPOA No.465 of 2020,

titled as Usha Devi vs. State of H.P. & others, which has been

decided directing the respondents to consider and decide the

case of the petitioner, in terms of decision dated 12.01.2023

passed in LPA No.165 of 2021, titled as State of H.P. and others

vs. Surajmani and another.

2. It has been informed that judgment in Surajmani's

case has not attained finality as the State has already preferred

SLP No.23016 of 2023.

Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

3. In view of above, present petition is closed and

disposed of with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises

to do so. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
