The petitioner had alleged non-compliance of the

directions issued on 22.05.2024 in CWP No.4429 of 2024 (Manju

Bakshi Vs. HRTC & another). In terms of the aforesaid decision, the

respondents were directed to consider the case of the petitioner in

light of decision dated 08.02.2019 rendered by Hon'ble Apex Court

in Civil Appeal Nos.1557-1564 of 2019 (Himachal Road Transport

Corporation Vs. Lekh Ram etc.).

2. Learned counsel for the respondents has

submitted that the case of the petitioner was considered in light

of the decision rendered in Lekh Ram's case (supra), the petitioner

was held entitled to the benefits in terms of decision in Lekh

Ram's case (supra). Accordingly, vide office communication dated

01.10.2024 services of the petitioner-Senior Assistant were Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

regularized and her pay was re-fixed and the arrears due to the

petitioner were calculated to the tune of Rs.11,66,376/-. Learned

counsel for the respondents submits that all endeavors shall be

made by the respondents to release the admissible arrears to the

petitioner within a period of six weeks.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by

learned counsel for the respondents and the office

communication dated 01.10.2024 as placed on record, the

Execution Petition is disposed of with the hope and expectation

that the respondent shall pay the admissible arrears to the

petitioner within the aforesaid period. All pending miscellaneous

application(s), if any, shall stands disposed of.
