Petitioner has filed this writ petition against

transfer order dated 31.07.2023, in terms of which he was

transferred from Veterinary Dispensary Ropa (Kinnaur) to

Central Veterinary Dispensary Jaghori (Shimla). It is

admitted case of the petitioner that he accepted the above

office order and joined at the transferred place. The

petitioner has completed about one year of his tenure at the

transferred station.

2. In the above background, this writ petition

praying for writ of mandamus seeking petitioner's transfer to

his home district (Kinnaur), cannot be accepted. Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner

sought permission to withdraw the writ petition. Prayer is

accepted. Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, so

also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
