All these petitions are being disposed of by
this common order as the similar issue is involved in all
these petitions.
2. The petitioner(s) is seeking the execution of
judgment(s) passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this
Court in CWP No.4918 of 2023, 4619 of 2023 and 4919 of
2023 respectively, Annexure E-1, wherein this Court had
passed the following directions:-
"In this view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the

respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid

judgment and in case, the petitioner is
found to be similarly situated then the benefit extended to the petitioners in the
aforesaid judgment, shall also be extended to the petitioner in the instant
of cases also. The entire exercise be completed within six weeks from today."
2. rt Learned counsel for the petitioner submits
that despite the mandate of this Court, respondents
have neither considered nor extended the benefits in
terms of the judgment in case of Durga Ram versus
Himachal Pradesh University & another alongwith
connected matters (CWPOA No.208/2020), despite the
fact that the stipulated period granted for compliance
has also elapsed.
3. In view of this, Ms. Archana Dutt, learned
counsel for respondent No.1-University submits that in
case the requisite consideration orders have not been
passed, then the needful shall be done within a period
of six weeks from today.

In aforesaid terms, the writ petition as well
as the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any,
shall also stand disposed of, accordingly.
