appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the

respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that w.r.t.

the grievances being raised in the present petition, same are

squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court in CWP

No.2004 of 2017, titled Taj Mohammad & Ors. Vs. State

of HP & Ors. a/w connected matters, decided on 03.08.2023.

3. Other than the aforesaid, learned counsel for the

petitioner submits that the benefits of the aforesaid judgment to

other similar situate individuals have been granted by the

respondents-State.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that

w.r.t. the grievances being raised in the present petition,

representation dated 02.04.2024 stands made to the concerned
