Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ
petition suffers from pleadings defect. Some pertinent facts have not
been mentioned in the petition. For these reasons, learned counsel for
the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with
liberty to file afresh with proper pleadings after incorporating all
grounds available to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition stands
dismissed as withdrawn with leave and liberty as prayed for. Pending
miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
