While placing on record communication dated 8.9.2023, issued

under the signature of Director (Urban Development), Himachal Pradesh,

Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General states that

mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed stands duly

complied with.

2. Having taken note of the aforesaid communication as well as

office order 17.8.2023, dated annexed with the communication, this Court

finds that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment sought to be

.

executed, one supernumerary post of Beldar in M.C. Hamirpur w.e.f.

2.6.2011 to December, 2014 vide letter No. 1468 dated 1.9.2023, stands

created and thereafter, service of the petitioner has been regularized w.e.f.

2.6.2011. Financial benefits to the tune of Rs. 2,91,804/- already stand

released to the petitioner by respondent No.3 by way of cheque No. 047384

dated 18.5.2023.

3. In view of the aforesaid compliance, this Court finds that

nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and

accordingly, same are closed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner

to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate court of law qua the

surviving grievance, if any.
