Court had disposed of two suits, one bearing Civil Suit No.62/1 of

2019/07 titled Yog Raj versus Sunpa Devi and another is Civil Suit

No.63/01 of 2019/07 titled as Naresh Kumar versus Sunpa Devi by

the same judgment. The record of the Civil Suit titled as Yog Raj

versus Sunpa Devi has been requisitioned and received but the

record of Civil Suit titled as Naresh Kumar versus Sunpa Devi has

not been requisitioned. Let the r ecord of Civil Suit titled as

Naresh Kumar versus Sunpa Devi be requisitioned and the matter

be listed for admission and hearing thereafter.
