Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on

record communication dated 03.11.2023 received from the

Director of Elementary Education, Himachal Pradesh, alongwith

details of pay fixation. As per office orders dated 22.07.2023 and

02.08.2023 issued by the Deputy Director, Elementary

Education, Hamirpur and Deputy Director, Elementary Education,

Mandi, respectively, with respect to Hakam Singh (deceased),

predecessor-in-interest of petitioners No.1(A) to 1(C) and

Ramesh Kumar, respondent No.3, claiming that grievance of the

petitioners stands redressed.

2. In view of above, present petition is closed and

disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate

remedy, including filing fresh petition or reviving present petition
