registered under Section 20 of Narcotic Drug and

Psychotropic Substances Act, at Police Station Padhar,

District Mandi, H.P.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks

permission to withdraw the present bail petition with liberty

to approach the learned Trial Court in the first instance.
