affirmed by learned Additional Sessions JudgeII,
Shimla, District Shimla, H.P., shall remain
suspended, till final disposal of the petition, however,
subject to the applicant's depositing 30% of the
compensation amount, if not already deposited, before
the learned trial Court and also furnishing personal
bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/ with one surety in
the like amount to the satisfaction of learned trial
Court, within a period of six weeks from today,
