issued from the Directorate of Elementary Education, H.P.

The relevant portion of the same reads as under:-

"In this regard it is submitted that the judgment in

CWP No. 8662/2022 has already been complied with and compliance report in this regard has been submitted by

imparting necessary instruction on 19.06.2023. However, as per information received from the Deputy Director

Elementary Education, Kullu, vide letter dated 13.07.2023, CWP No. 8680/2022, CWP No. 8681/2022 and CWP No. 8682/2022 i.e Dole Ram, Dabe Ram, Mohini

Devi and Luder Mani respectively, have been promoted to the post of HT as well as Centre Head Teacher on notional basis from 22.09.2004 and 30.09.2004 respectively.

Apart from this it is further submitted that after making the promotion of petitioners i.e Dole Ram, Dabe Ram, Mohine Devi and Luder Mani on notional basis, their pay fixations have been worked out and it has been found that they will get less pay as compare to pay drawn by them on actual basis. Their salary is being fixed on lesser side and therefore pay fixation on the analogy of Pyare Lal is not beneficial to the petitioners. The copies of the promotion as well as fixation worked out in respect of petitioners i.e. Dole Ram, Dabe Ram, Mohini Devi and Lulder Mani, are enclosed."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

petitioner in all the writ petitions.

In view of the above, these proceedings are closed.
