9.1.2023 Present: Mr. H.S. Rangra, Advocate, for the petitioner.

Though notice issued to the respondent for today's

date has been served, but yet he has chosen not to come

present. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is

granted four weeks' further time to comply with order dated

5.8.2022, failing which interim protection granted vide aforesaid

order, shall come to an end and non-applicant/respondent

would be at liberty to get the judgment of learned trial court

executed in accordance with law
