Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there
are errors in the pleadings in the contempt petition, which need to
be rectified by filing appropriate petition. He prays for
withdrawing the present contempt petition with liberty to file
afresh on the same cause of action. Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed as
withdrawn, with leave and liberty, as aforesaid. Pending
miscellaneous application(s),if any, also stand disposed of.
