Present suit is at the stage of recording evidence of the

plaintiff.

2. In view of enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction of

District Judiciary, in term of Notification No. HHC/PJ/93­1, dated

17.10.2022 and 6.12.2022, present suit, valued at Rs.47,00,000/­,

alongwith pending application(s), including OMP No. 245 of 2018,

filed under Order 9, Rule 7 read with Section 151 CPC, deserves to

be transferred to Senior Civil Judge, Shimla, District Shimla, H.P.,

for further adjudication. Accordingly, present suit, alongwith

pending application, is ordered to be transferred to the said Court.

3. Parties are directed to appear before the Senior Civil
