RSA No. 7 of 2023 06.01.2023 Present: Mr. Ajay Sharma, Senior Advocate with Mr.

Atharv Sharma, Advocate for the appellants.

The present Regular Second Appeal has

been filed against the judgment and decree dated

11.11.2022 passed by learned Additional District

Judge-III, Kangra at Dharamshala, affirming the

judgment and decree dated 26.04.2018 passed by

learned Civil Judge, Baijnath, District Kangra, H.P.,

vide which the suit filed by the appellant has been

dismissed.

Grounds of appeal perused. Let the

notices be issued to the respondents calling upn

them as why the present Regular Second Appeal be

not admitted for hearing, returnable for 10th March,

2023, on taking steps within a week.

Record of both the Courts below be

requisitioned in the meantime.

meanwhile, the respondents are restrained from

alienating or creating any kind of charge over the
