Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record

instructions whereby it has been informed that Department has no

objection for release of Rs.69.14 lacs to petitioner, which has been

deposited by Department in the Registry of this Court.

It has been further intimated that for balance amount of

Rs.20.60 lacs, letter of no objection has been approved by Department

on 2.1.2023 and same shall be deposited in Registry of this Court

within three days.

Learned counsel for petitioner disputes the calculations

and submits that as per petitioner, balance amount is much more than

Rs.20.60 lacs.

In aforesaid circumstances, matter is adjourned enabling

the respondent/Judgment Debtor to deposit balance amount, which is

payable according to them, and also with direction to petitioner to

furnish the details of calculations, which according to petitioners, is due

from Judgment Debtors/respondents. The calculations be exchanged

and filed within four weeks and response thereto, if any, also be

exchanged and filed in Registry within four weeks thereafter.

List for consideration on 22nd March, 2023.

In view of no objection communicated by respondents,

Rs.69.14 lacs deposited by respondents in the Registry of this Court is

directed to be released in favour of petitioner along with up-to-date

interest, if any, accrued thereon by remitting the same in Bank Account

of Decree Holder, mentioned in prayer clause of application.

Application stands disposed of.
