2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that

her representation dated 11.01.2023 submitted to

respondent No. 2 still remains undecided. Her assertion

is that the petitioner is working at the present place of

posting for the last about six years. Her husband is a

TGT (Non-Medical) and is presently working at Govt. Sr.

Sec. School, Halyatar, District Mandi, H.P. Petitioner has

made a representation for her transfer on the basis of

the fact that her husband is also a government servant

and as per the provisions of 'Comprehensive Guiding

Principles-2013', both are entitled to be posted at the

same place or nearby.

    3.          Learned


                           counsel         for    the     petitioner

submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied, at this

stage, in case, directions are issued to respondent No. 2 has

to decide her representation in a time bound manner.

4. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed

of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the

representation dated 11.01.2023, Annexure P-1, moved

by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law,

preferably within three weeks from today.

5. Needless to say that in case the

representation is decided against the petitioner, she

will have right to avail appropriate remedy in accordance

with law.

6. The petition is accordingly, disposed of, so

also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
