that now the case pertaining to deceased husband of the petitioner

has been processed and accordingly, he prays that the matter be

taken up after four weeks, so that in the meanwhile, the judgment

in issue is implemented in letter and spirit. Ordered accordingly. As

prayed for, list for consideration on 21st November, 2022.
