In the order which has been passed by the Court on

21.10.2022, there are typographical errors in para-6 as also in the

memo of parties, therefore, for the purpose of correction of the

same, the matter is listed today in the Court.

Now the correction stands carried out in the

following terms:-

In para-6 of the judgment, the following "this

application is disposed of by ordering deletion of legal

representative 3(a) of deceased-respondent, by recording the fact

that as respondent No. 3 died during the pendency of the reference

proceedings and further no application was moved before the

learned Reference Court by the legal representative to get himself

substituted in place of deceased-respondent" is substituted as

under:
