Even though respondents have

considered and rejected the case of the petitioner vide

order dated 06.05.2022, however, the judgment

rendered by the Full Bench of this Court in CWP No.

2711 of 2017 has not been taken into consideration.

Accordingly, the respondents are directed to

reconsider the matter in light of Baldev Singh's case

(supra) and take decision within four weeks from

today.

For compliance, to come up on 05th

July, 2022.
