Judgment Debtor has come present today and has only

arranged a sum of Rs.75,000/- and submitted that remaining

amount of Rs.75,000/- shall be paid by him before the next

date of hearing. Sum of Rs.75,000/- has been handed over to

Mr. R.L. Sood, Sr. Advocate.

List on 6th April, 2023, on which date, respondent-

Judgment Debtor shall personally remain present in the Court.
