Advocates, for respondent No.1 in FAO (MVA) Nos. 95 and 96 of 2021 and for the appellant(s) in FAO (MVA) Nos. 164 and 165 of 2021.

There appears to be an error in paragraph 25 of

the judgment passed by this Court on 16.12.2022,

wherein the appeal being FAO(MVA) No. 95 of 2021 was

required to be allowed, but the same has been shown to

be dismissed. The judgment dated 16.12.2022 is ordered

to be rectified and corrected accordingly.

Let the entire amount falling to the share of

applicant-respondent No.1-Sarita Kumari in terms of the

judgment passed by this Court on 16.12.2022, along

with up-to-date interest, be released in her favour by

remitting the same to her bank account as given in para-2

of the application. The application stands disposed of.

Likewise, the amount deposited by the Insurance

Company in FAO(MVA) No.95 of 2021, along with up-to-date

interest, be released in favour of the Insurance Company by

remitting the same to its bank account, the details whereof

shall be supplied by the learned counsel for the appellant-

company within two weeks from today.
