Learned Additional Advocate General has placed

on record instructions according to which, the department has

sought legal opinion. On this ground, prayer has been made for

adjournment. In addition, it has also been disclosed that SLP

against the judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court

has also been preferred but till date, no interim order has been

passed.

Keeping in view entirety of the facts and

circumstances and also in the interest of justice, let the matter

be listed again after four weeks.
