Mr. T. S. Chauhan, Advocate, for the applicants

By way of this application, a prayer has

been made to release the amount of Rs. 4,07,010/-

lying in deposit in the Registry of this Court. It is

submitted that judgment passed by this Court in

RFA No. 460 of 2010 has attained finality. This fact

has not been denied on behalf of the non-applicants/

appellant.

Learned counsel for the non-applicants/

appellant has submitted that non-applicants/

appellant have no objection in case the amount is

released in favour of the applicants in terms of the

prayer made in the application.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and

a sum of Rs. 4,07,010/- lying in deposit in the

Registry of this Court along with interest accrued

thereon till date is ordered to be released in favour of

the applicants in following proportionate: Applicant

No. 1 (a) 1/3rd share, Applicant No. 1 (b)1/3rd share,

applicants No. 1 (c) to 1 (f) 1/12th share each, by

remitting the amount falling in their respective

shares, in their respective bank accounts, details of

which are provided in paragraph-4 of the application,

after due verification. The application stands

disposed of.
