By way of instant application filed under Section 482
Cr.P.C, prayer has been made on behalf of the applicant/petitioner for
extension of time to comply with the order dated 22.06.2022, passed by
this Court in Cr.MP No. 1738 of 2022, whereby this Court while
suspending the sentence imposed by court below, directed the applicant
to furnish personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the
like amount before learned trial court within a period of six weeks. Since,
on account of compelling circumstances, applicant/petitioner has been
not able to do the needful, in terms of order dated 22.06.2022, he has
approached this Court by way of instant application for extension of time.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is
allowed and further six weeks' time as prayed for, is granted to the
applicant/petitioner to comply with the order dated 22.06.2022, failing
which, interim protection granted vide aforesaid order dated 22.06.2022,
shall come to an end and respondents would be at liberty to get the
judgment of learned trial Court executed in accordance with law.
