    Mr. Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan, passed the following:

                   ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the

issue in question is squarely covered by the judgment dated

27.8.2021 rendered by learned Single Judge of this Court in

batch of petitions lead being CWP No. 4324/2019, titled as

Hiteshwar Dheeman vs. State of H.P. & ors.

2 We have gone through the aforesaid judgment and

find no reason to take a different view.

3 Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of, in

terms of the aforesaid judgment and reasoning whereof shall

apply to this case also mutatis mutandis. Consequently, the

respondents­State are directed to enlist the petitioner in the

relevant register within four weeks. Pending application(s), if any,

also stands disposed of.
