The petitioner, who is working as Drawing Teacher, at

Government Middle School Panyali under complex Government Senior

Secondary School, Bechar-Ka-Bag, District Sirmaur, H.P., has come up

before this Court seeking a direction to the respondent to decide his

representation dated 30.11.2020, Annexure P-2 for his transfer from

the present place of posting to one of the stations of his choice,

mentioned therein.

2. Notice. Mr. Bhupender Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate

General appears and accepts service of notice on behalf of the

respondents.

3. In view of the nature of the order, this court proposes to

pass, no response is required from the respondents.

4. Consequently, this petition is disposed of with a direction to

the second respondent to decide the representation of the petitioner,

dated 30.11.2020, Annexure P-2, in accordance with the transfer

policy, within one week from today. Pending application(s), if any, are

closed.
