Notice in above terms. Till the next date of hearing,

subject to deposition of the entire compensation amount by the

applicant with the Registry of this Court and furnishing personal

bond in the sum of ` 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount

to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court within a period of four

weeks from today, the sentence imposed upon the

applicant/petitioner shall remain suspended. It is clarified that in

case the applicant/petitioner has already deposited some amount,

then the same shall also be adjusted qua the total compensation

amount ordered against him.

This application is disposed of with the direction

that the applicant shall file certified copy of the judgment passed

by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 1,

Poannta Sahib, District Sirmaur, H.P. by the next date of hearing.
